Please bring your insurance card with you to each visit. In addition, we accept all major credit cards and cash. Payment plans may be set up through our finance company. Be sure to ask about all the details during your next visit.

If you have a dental benefit with another plan, we will submit your claims and try to help you maximize your benefits.
